We got a good start leaving Whiteside Creek at about 6:10am this morning. Here is a photo of the sunset the night before and the chart from the morning departure,
The gauges show the low engine temps, since we had just left the anchorage. Also, we are at a really low RPM since we are still leaving the uncharted channel and have only been running for a few minutes. Also note the goofy starboard fuel gauge, seems like it is showing about 1/4 lower than actual. The flowscan gauges show about twice the actual consumption, so at this point we have burned only about 90 gallons total for two days of travel, not 91 and 89.
Here is a shot of the anchorage for the night along with the chart and engine gauges for the end of the day.
Tomorrow is Monday, and we will pass Myrtle Beach, SC.
