I think we set a new daylight distance record today. The ride from Ludington today was smooth and we had planned to go to Muskegon, but the conditions were too good to stop that soon, so we pushed on and the plan changed to stop at Grand Haven, but that was quickly scrubbed in favor of Holland. And, still early and smooth so let's stop at South Haven. We'll, that was a good plan, but something was going on in South Haven and there were no slips available so we were forced on to Benton Harbor. Our mileage today was 133 statue miles!
We coasted into a dock at the marina and listened to a GREAT jazz band!
Tomorrow is about 65 miles to Chicago! We won't know what to do with the extra time at the end of the day, and we gain an hour!
Here are some beech pictures along the way from today's endurance.
